I worked as an incoming corresponce advisor for a co-op program for Saudi Aramco, at the Corporate Affairs Department.

- Organizing correspondence between the different departments and external organizations, mainly governmental, where we received requests from internal departments that needed to be communicated to external parties.

- Writing, editing, as well as approving letters.

- Uploading letters to internal Saudi Aramco website.

- Signing and stamping of outgoing letters with coordination of the different regions’ government relations departments.

- Communicating with internal departments on what the purpose of the letters are, as well as who the receiving party is.

- Working with the legal affairs department when needed.

Safia Bottled Drinking Water

I am responsible for the translation of many aspects of the company, such as governmental letters, the POS app, the company's website, as well as the company's own intranet.
